OK, even if we for the sake of argument assume this is inaccurate/unfounded/whatever (from wiki):

I've recently talked to several people who work there. Among their recent actions/policies are mandatory training on "how to act around Arabic people" (eg don't look them in the eye, can't shake a man's hand, etc). Also have a mandatory uniform policy that you have to wear underwear (I'd like to be a fly on the wall the first time someone tries to enforce that one). And so on. Makes the military sound easy-going. :boggled:
