Remembering screen-savers' heyday

I downloaded a Christmas one just for the heck of it and was recalling how much people got into these way back when.....poor After Dark :) Course that was back when PCs themselves were much like a toy for adults, despite their practical uses. Any old favs you recall? Even Windows had some fun ones that came with their "themes," back when that was fun for people too. The thrill is gone :(
