SpaceX explosion on pad

I don't have any further info at the time. My cousin works at NASA and says the explosion rocked his desk. Not much info yet:

My guess is this was the rocket getting ready to launch in two days.

ETA: Appears to be the case. Routine testing with something going wrong.
