I'm just posting this under General Skepticism as I think the likelihood of this being true is very close to zero. Nevertheless, there's a lot of news stories about it. Here is one:
World's oldest person discovered in Indonesia at the age of 145
Oh and it seems he's a smoker too. From the pictures of him my best layman's guess is he's in his 80s or 90s.
Trivia fact: If we go by the official list (I'm calling Wikipedia official for my purposes) of verified oldest people, there is only one living person left who was born in the 19th century. When she dies everyone alive will have been born in the 20th century or later. At the beginning of 2016 there were still two left, but it's down to one now.

ETA: one other trivia fact: of the top 100 verified oldest people, only 6 were men and the top 13 were (are) all women. Women really do live longer, although the fakers like this Indonesian guy, whose claims cannot be verified, tend to be men.
