Ok, fine, realistically no one's expecting the true die-hard conspiracy indulgers to change their minds. They've got an easy out in the excuse that the military no longer runs it. But still, the point is that it'll be open for any to see. And really, who cares about the die hard conspiracy peddlers? This is obviously more for Joe Public than anyone else.
