Epson XP-235, just a few months old. Cheap.
All the original colour cartridges were either empty or low, so I replaced all 3 with generic ones, all at once. After several passes of the installation routine it decided to accept the yellow and magenta, but not the cyan. An alternative new cyan was also rejected.
Also, the photocopy buttons are dead to the world.
Strikes me that I might as well deal it a mighty blow or two just in case that helps. Nothing much to lose, eh?
Where to hit it? On the right, near the cartridges? Underneath? How hard? Use hammer or just a fist?
Meanwhile - somebody please recommend a good budget colour laser that does photo prints, scans and photocopies. Finally, spending the extra is worth it to escape the misery of crap inkjets.
