"Stop a douchebag" group in Russia

Came across this Youtube group that I thought was really interesting. They go out to places where people drive on the sidewalks and through parks often, stopping anyone breaking the law. If the driver doesn't back up to where they came from, they plaster large stickers on the windshields.

This group seems very dedicated to their cause, making for some very entertaining videos.
