Scottish Gay politicians

So Kezia Dugdale, the head of the Scottish Labour party, MSP for the Lothian Region and leader of the opposition in the Scottish Parliment, has mentioned in an interview that she's gay. Something that didn't even make the headline of the article, there being far more interest in the circus that is the EU exit referendum and her potential support for Scottish independence if the UK does depart the EU.

Oddly she's the fourth gay party leader1 in Scotland Ruth Davidson (Scottish Conservative party) Patrick Harvie (Scottish Green Party) and David Coburn (UKIP Scotland).
At least the fourth that's publicly out anyway.

Curious times.
