How stupid can you get?

Someone posted this on google+ help earlier today. I've removed the account details and phone number, but they are still currently visible (though the post has been removed from the group it was posted in), despite advice from google TCs to delete it.

I haven't tried to make sure the password given was genuine, so it might be a wind-up, but I think it's real. How do people this naive manage to survive?
