Windows 10: why/why not

Thought there was a thread on this but didn't see......

From what I gather:

WHY:

- get away from the Win 8.X shell
- get updates/"support" for longer than earlier versions


WHY NOT:
- concerns about privacy
- doesn't really buy you anything other than longer "support"
- numerous driver/program incompatibilities
