In the UK, UKIP (sorta like our version of the Tea Party but more racist) did very well in the last general election and expected to make significant gains in by-elections in the North of England.
In the latest one this didn't happen and the Labour Party candidate was returned with a healthy majority:

While this may be encouraging for the Labour Party as a whole (and it's being pointed out as a vindication of Corbyn's leadership) the candidate in question was very strong and had excellent local support.
The UKIP leader has responded by alleging voter fraud and also by making claims of racial voting (i.e. Asians vote Labour). What a shock, UKIP making wild allegations about brown people, but IMO it's part of the reason why they enjoy so little support in that demographic:
Stay classy Nige

However, Mr Farage raised claims that the postal vote was rigged. There were "stories of things that shouldn't have been happening" - including claims people turned up at polling stations with bundles of postal votes, he said. The issue was in part due to "big ethnic changes" in the way people were voting, with "some streets where no one spoke English", but people were voting Labour. |
