Senate vote to repel ACA

http://ift.tt/1N0rVIk

Basically senate voted to repeal ACA and defund planned parenthood. Naturally this is beside the point as it will be vetoed by the president.

Now imagine a republican president and a republican senate are voted in 2016 november.... Majority in congress, senate and president (while effectively not having a population majority - thanks the stupid electoral college and US vote system for that, some vote are less worth than others). ACA repealed , planned parenthood defunded.

I think it could be a catastrophe of social proportion, mainly due to PP defunding. Increasing the number of unwanted baby, cancers, and so forth.

How do you estimate or feel the probability of a republican landslide ?
