On one hand that *specific* phrases might be borderline to be used. Are there study of statement of faith of other religion ? Might be , I don't know the curriculum of the USA. I do know that there was a chapter in our history book which reported pretty much all religion, but it was less than 2 pages if I recall correctly with less than 1 paragraph for all religions even Christianity. But that has been 30+ years so my memory is fuzzy.
On the other hand I find it quite hypocritically funny that people get their panty knotted in a bunch over 1 sentence used to represent a culture caligraphy complexity when they want to have their cake and eat it with war on christmas and 10 commandment monument or even prayer in school :p (*).
