In the continuing tradition of "Crisis actor hoax tragedies", it appears no shooting can happen without a denialist gnashing of teeth.

I wonder if we are now fated to see this reaction after every shooting going forward. Each shooting will raise issues of gun control in the media - so every shooting will be followed by a media message, that to this crowd, will appear to be part of the nefarious plan to leverage this tragedy to take way everyone's guns. The confirmation bias will always have the evidence to perpetuate this belief.
You just wonder at their resilience - since it appears no recent shooting has lead to any serious gun control legislation - why is it this crowd never marvels at how incompetent the planners are?
They seem great at staging fake events with crisis actors almost everyone else believes in - but then *can't quite get it together* on the whole reason for the hoax in the first place. They really suck at actually getting results - like taking away everybody's guns - from these allegedly staged events like Sandy Hook and now Roanoke...
