Humans are hard wired for one hand being dominant and for one being non
dominant. If this was an entirely random process as to which as which then
one would expect it to be fifty / fifty across the general population. Instead
it is ninety / ten in favour of right handedness. Then during pregnancy why
does the brain favour right over left? As is there an evolutionary advantage
to being right handed? Is this exclusive to humans or does it apply to other
primates also? Is it equally true all polar bears are left handed? If it is then
what is the evolutionary advantage? And is it true for other mammals also?
In left handers the right side of the brain is dominant. This is the side that
deals in emotion and the left side deals in logic. Yet half of all members of
MENSA are left handed. This makes no sense at all so what is the possible
explanation for this? Why are you disproportionately more likely to have a
higher IQ if you happen to be left handed? So what has a large pre frontal
cortex got to do with it? Is it causation or correlation or mere coincidence?
