I rarely and almost never start new threads in the politics category but I'm thinking this is one of the more "productive" ways to spend the time on it.
I am a little unsure how worthwhile it will be to debate the tax plans between candidates particularly with how many total candidates we have, and how early we still are however... finding a relatively easy means to compare policy plans is something I find very helpful in deciding on candidates.
This one here deals with tax policy in-line with the theme of the site. A couple things to note about the this:
1. you can compare specific candidates side by side, or multiple
2. They are likely to update this over time - not all candidates have made specific proposals yet
Know those two disclaimers and I'm hoping this proves useful for discussion.
Maybe we can do this in somehow a way to expand to additional topics?
Although I'm open to having this thread for discussing the tax angle... I'm quite partial to seeing about having a thread that kind of collates and promotes easier research on the candidates' policies in different categories, and with a partisan angle kept to a minimum as best as possible.
What say the ISF forumite's?
