What old school technology would you update?

You have an unlimited toy budget and want to get an item from the past current. What would you select.

For me, it would be a Fokker Dr. I, the "Tri Fokker". It was a man-killer so I'd want composites everywhere for strength and "fly by wire" controls with full computerization. I'd also want to be able turn that off. :D
