Help on timing when someone was on a webpage

If a browser window (Chrome) is still open, but the history has been deleted, is there a way to pinpoint when that webpage was looked at? We're trying to catch a porn-looker at work who tried to cover their tracks by deleting the history, but leaving the window open. Thanks in advance.
