Was JFK Jr's death really an accident?
If anyone can figure this out, they might be right here.
For simplicty's sake, hopefully perhaps the issue can be reduced to accepting one of two versions, as follows.
a) The Air Force and the NTSB are correct in saying that Kennedy never made a 9:39PM routine radio call to FAA as he approached Martha's Vineyard Airport..
b) The original FAA/Coast Guard/ABC-TV report of JFK Jr's 9:39PM routine radio call to FAA while on approach to Martha's Vineyard is correct ie John made the call to FAA.
The claim is they covered up three murders by denying that John contacted FAA on approach at 9:39, two minutes before he and his wife Carolyn (Bessete) Kennedy, and her sister Lauren Bessete died when his plane dove into the sea at Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.
In a nutshell, the claim of foul play can be reduced to:
"The Air Force intentionally delayed searching at the radar crash site by saying the 9:39PM contact never happened."
Since that may never be settled, this issue is perhaps destined to remain as it stands ie contested by some and accepted by others. No surprise there. Nonetheless, I think that it should be put on the table and examined. One must draw their own conclusion.
The crux of the matter seems to be this:
The morning after JFK Jr disappeared from radar, ABC-TV-WCVB-Boston newscaster Susan Wornick aired her phone call with Coast Guard Boston's Information Officer Todd Burgun. Burgun was doing his job of releasing information to the public via media when he told Wornick that JFK Jr had contacted FAA while approaching Martha's Vineyard Airport.
The radar report data matches the time and location of the FAA/Coast Guard/ABC-TV report of JFK Jr's 9:39PM routine approach radio call to FAA.
So far, the only place I find the crucial Wornick/Burgun TV report footage is in John Hankey's video "The Assassination of JFK Jr". That report begins at the 19:40 minutes point. You may wish to start there. Then decide if you wish to sit through more, since Hankey also presents his theory regarding who/how/why.
However, his video is the only place I found so far where the official records, Pentagon Press Briefing footage, and other news footage can be seen. Unfortunately, Skeptic sites have little or nothing so far. Please share whatever good stuff you find.
