Will the USS Ronald Reagan have to be scrapped?

The Reagan was critically contaminated during relief operations after the Fukashima Meltdown in 2011. Already there is a developing cancer cluster involving personnel onboard during that time. The ship has been denied anchorage at several ports of call because it is considered a radiation hazard.
