A while ago a came across a reference to a 2000+ year old story (not that of Jesus) but more of a folk tale, along the lines of Bewoulf, and *think* it was on one of the forums here. It told of a man with a group of followers who was crucified on a Y shaped tree and (I think) came back from the dead.
Does any one else know of this story, or is old age finally catching up on me and Im mis-remembering it?
Any help finding this would be useful, as my powers of google-fu seem to be letting me down.
Mods - if this is in the wrong area - please move - thanks
