Uninformative parasite web infomercial

There's this web informercial which says that there's some sort of parasite that causes people to crave junk food, that over 200 million Americans are infected, and that the U.S. government has admitted it's existence. However, the stupid add doesn't name the parasite. I put the ad on mute while doing other stuff, glancing over at it every once in a while, and it just goes on and on about unhealthy foods, big business bribing the government, and so on, but doesn't give any sort of hint about what this (alleged) parasite might be like (though the images they draw of it portray it as some sort of worm). Does anyone have any idea what they're talking about?



And tangentially, don't there seem to be a lot of stupid web infomercials that consist of a hand drawing images plus a voiceover? Are they all done by the same company?
