Whats with Obama News?

Does anyone else follow the Obama news twitter account? It seems to give very little information on the president, and seems to be more obsessed with what Michelle Obama is wearing.

I assume this is updated by someone who works for Obama, or in the whitehouse? Or is it just a rangom guy who has an obsession with Michelle Obama?
