According to Christians, God's Covenant with Abraham has been broken.
In the Torah, God promises with Abraham an "ever-lasting" covenant with him and his descendants.
He makes an ever-lasting covenant that as long as him and his people follow his commandments, they will have his protection from enemies and the Land of Canaan.
But apparently, Christians believe that in the New Testament, God has broken this promise.
According to Christians, this covenant is now dead, deceases, null & void.
According to Christians, no longdescendantsdescendans of Abraham have God's protection and the Land of Canaan.
According to Christians, this covenasupercededn superceded by a NEW covenant.
But I ask you this: what's stopping God from violating this new covenant????
He promises you an eternity in Heaven, if you accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah, the Savior, and died for your sins.
But what's keeping God from making a THIRD Covenant, that makes this second covenant null & void?
According to the logic of Christians, there is NOTHING keeping God from violating the 2nd Covenant. There is NOTHING keeping God from breaking this promise, just as he broke his promise with Abraham. Sorry, not a broken promise, but a "fulfilled" promise.
So careful Christians, tomorrow God might consider his 2nd promise to be fulfilled, and ya'll be (*)(*)(*)(*) out of luck.
Honestly, any God that can make promises and break promises like the God of the New Testament does, ain't a God that deserves my unbreaking & undoubting faith.
