Looking for a specific CT re: Ukraine

I wrote up a few (confused) thoughts in a public FB post, but basically what I'm asking for is a well-formed conspiracy theory which has at least three elements:

1. A server formerly belonging to either the DNC or the HRC campaign circa 2016.
2. A claim that said server physically ended up in Ukraine, somehow, with its original data intact.
3. An attempt at explaining how an American server ended up in Ukraine.

What I'm not looking for is a mainstream media write-up which speculates about such a conspiracy theory without actually hyperlinking to a source, an archive, or screencaps thereof. What I'm really trying to understand here is where Giuliani gets his wacky ideas before he passes them on to the White House.
