#MeToo case not often talked about? - Andy Signore defends himself

I saw this earlier (17 mins, reasonably concise given that he shows some evidence and walks through the timeline of events).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wgOFa4A0UM

He claims early in the video that he was effectively the second person to be #MeToo'd (after Weinstein) and so as to not compromise his legal case (I'm not sure on the specifics of this) he refused to speak out until now.

Is anyone here aware of this case? He's famous for ScreenJunkies, Honest Trailers, and some other things (none of which I ever paid attention to)

It's hard to summarize his case (I suggest watching the video - again it is reasonable concise) but the way I would do so is this:

He cheats on his wife with a woman, they meet up a few times and split amicably. She accuses him out of nowhere and then rides the #MeToo wave.
