Malwarebytes pop-ups.

I have no recollection of downloading Malwarebytes, but the pop-up reminders are annoyingly consistent, at times it will pop up about every other minute.

Going into my file, I could not find the download. OK, everyone here probably knows what an idiot I am about technology. And, I need help!
