How some people sleep at night, I'll never know. What a great way to raise everyone's prices. Nobody who's ever done anything with lumber can actually believe they are somehow being wronged here.
It's not like they measure any different from every other lumber supplier in the country, and so it's creating a hardship in completing projects due to incompatibility.
I should add that the lawsuit is due to the fact that a "4 x 4" actually measure 3.5" x 3.5"; which is within industry standards. a 2 x 4 is actually 1.5" x 3.5". Suing for $5 million I think.
