I don't get it.
Shark bites off arm, God is responsible, more people come to see God as a good thing?
Sure, God saved her from the shark, but he also put her arm in its mouth and closed the jaws, right?
God saved her from the shark but he also set her up for a serious infection and slow painful lingering death by sepsis. (thank Science for antibiotics!)
Whichever God this is a bad choice to pick as your one and only.
