How would Republicans feel about a Democratic President if he/she behaved like Trump?

I'm not talking about policy but general behavior. Like how Trump says all kinds of outrageous things on Twitter. Or gives his relatives jobs in the White House. Ect.

They would be completely outraged. And correctly so.

But they don't give a crap that Trump does it. Why is this?
