Overriding legality for your own sense of morality?

So the question is somehow clear: when do you think you would commit an illegal act in order to do something you believe as moral
And when in history do you find acceptable to do an illegal act
In order to protect morality?

1) Would have it been moral to kill Hitler in 1944?
2) Would have it been moral to kill GWB in 2002?
3) What Rosa Parks did was moral?
4) Would it be moral to shoot a person who eats cow meat? and where do we stop with this
