Too late for other Democrats?

It's pretty clear that many Hillary supporters approach her with resignation rather than enthusiasm, and Sanders hasn't yet faced serious attacks based on his age and his self-proclaimed "socialism," and O'Malley is a cipher. If Hillary and Sanders falter, is it too late for Biden to jump into the race? Are there other Democrats who might still enter? If no one goes to the convention with a majority of delegates, could it be brokered for someone who's not even running now? John Kerry? Elizabeth Warren? Andrew Cuomo? Kirstin Gillibrand? Ron Wyden? Corey Booker? I'm not as convinced as others that Hillary will trounce Trump or Cruz in a general election, and the people who have underestimated those guys have been consistently wrong.
