In the wake of the terror killings in California that were perpetrated by Gun Owners, I'm thinking that a good way to prevent Gun Violence would be to allow the Government to continually monitor the Phone and Internet usage of Gun Owners and to also monitor their Cable TV viewing habits - all of this without warrant. In this way, the Government could create profiles to better predict who was going to go violent.
If these measures were not found to be enough, the government could then extend their surveillance to include Bank and Credit Card Usage in the profile.
Seems like this might reduce Gun Violence while still allowing people to own guns.
