Save the planet: give up beef

It appears that the environmental impact of eating meat, and especially beef, is unsustainable.
The article advocates removing subsidies for livestock farming and allowing the subsequent rise in prices to discourage people from eating lots of meat.
Yet another argument, in my opinion, for reducing meat consumption and possibly for going vegetarian.
