Suppose Germany was going through a resurgence of neo-nazism. Synagogues are being attacked, Jews are being murdered, places where Jews hang out are being bombed, and a Neo-Nazi political party is steadily gaining support.
Further suppose that when pollsters talk to Germans, they find that, in some communities, support for a return to fascism is over 60%, support for suicide bombings against Jews (and countries that support Israel) is over 20%, and, over 70% (of Germans as a whole) say homosexuality and abortion is morally wrong.
If the above was the case, should we allow Germans to continue to immigrate to America, or should we wait for the neo-nazi movement to burn itself out?
