Regarding this (note the gag in the headline)
The question I have is, is there a medical need for an "emergency" circumcision ambulance? And if there is a medical necessity, wouldn't it be better carried out in a proper medical facility? One can imagine a "one in a million" time where the medic says, "thank goodness you called the emergency circumcision ambulance when you did, there's not a second to lose."
The internet doesn't seem to recognise such a thing (aside from the above story which is now being repeated in news sites across the web), so my preliminary conclusion is that the "ambulance" is there to add a veneer of medical legitimacy to, what some might see as, an unnecessary cultural procedure.
