Crash Mechanics clarification needed.

I’m a long time out of college so I am rusty on crash mechanics. I have been arguing with a no-planer. Yeah I know that is a stupid thing to do. When Flight 175 impacts the tower, what reactions take place in regards to Newton’s 3rd law? My understanding, keep in mind the rust, is that the energy of the impact is transferred to work punching a hole into the building, then after that continuing to destroy the aircraft, swaying the massive building, and still some energy (momentum) ejects plane debris out of the opposite perimeter wall.

How much would “jolt” the aircraft?

I would like to see a few opinions and analysis on this. Thank you in advance.
