For anyone unfamiliar, I'm referring to when employees who are not part of the union and do not pay dues but receive some of the benefits of union membership.
My question is who is responsible? Is it the corporations actions or policy that results in this? Or is it based on the way the right to work law is written at the state level? Or is there some sort of federal law or regulation driving this?
This is not the place to argue about right to work or unions.
