On both my iPad and my new Galaxy Tab, I normally play my music collection on the way to work, as the radio fare is pretty poor at 6 AM.
I put the music player on "shuffle all"..... And let it play. I wonder how the software works?
As far as I can tell, the thing must decide your preferences depending on how many tracks you have by a particular artist. I have almost 700 songs on there..... You'd think you would seldom get a repeat. But on both devices I get constant selections form two artists I happen to have several albums each of.
Sometimes several in a row. I'd like to get a more random sampling of my whole collection, but I don't see any way to manipulate that.
Guess I should just break down and make some playlists.
