This guy, who has argued that drunken driving should not be illegal and also that the entire notion of licensing drivers is unconstitutional, had evidently lately left a police sobriety checkpoint where he'd been calling the cops names, when he was suddenly hit from behind by a drunk driver. Apparently it was a pretty bad crash and he acknowledges he is "lucky to be alive". The police came to the scene and presumably the drunk driver has been arrested.
However, Mr. Watkins' ire appears to be reserved not for the drunk driver who hit him but rather for those who have had the nerve to bring up the irony of the entire situation, who according to him are "sick" and "disgusting".
