I told you all this would eventually happen. It's relieving to see that finally law enforcement didn't just buckle under the sympathy of "the father has suffered enought" and actually took time to investigate and prosecute this father.
He deliberately left his child in the car and thought he would get away with it. And he's not getting away with it.
Bail denied and case going full force to felony murder with neglect.
He researched it on the internet the week prior to the child's death. And this part was interesting:
He figured that if they couldn't prove "malicious intent" he'd likely get away with it because so many many people just automatically feel sorry for the parents.
