In today's In the Pipeline and on NPR (Derek first, but I heard NPR first): Derek writes about some likely new work on Alzheimers that may well help with it, help older folk build muscle and reduce enlarged heart problems based on material in the blood of younger people but mostly not as age occurs. Good evidence that using younger blood (transfusion) can do those things and they seem to have found one of the big factors in it. This is not ready for use, but it is a very good sign!!!!
Read about it here - and if you read Derek a lot, you know he is rarely this enthusiastic about new stuff: http://ift.tt/1iR4F2K
Humorously, Derek brought up Elizabet Bathory.....NPR missed their chance on it:D:D:D:D:D.....:jaw-dropp:jaw-dropp
