You can't fault the DWP and ATOS for their sheer determination to get these people off the dole. There's only a slight snag there though.
UK job vacancies [1] from October to December 2013 were 569,000. The claimant count [2] of those seeking benefits primarily for the reason of being unemployed in December 2013 was 1.25 million.
