A Maryland mom has killed two of her children and wounded two others with a knife, claiming she and a companion were trying to exorcise demons from them. I'm not sure if they are trying to cop an insanity plea, or if they are the real thing. But of course, it helps to have a conveniently malleable religion handy when you want to do dastardly things.
