My girlfriend needs to access a webpage for work (she works from home). So far as I can figure out, it is blocked by our router's firewall - if I turn off the firewall we can access the site. We can access the site from our phones (using wireless), I can access it from my work computer, and tech support for our ISP can reach the site with their computers. The details:

Where do I go from here to resolve this? As you might understand I don't want to run the entire house with no firewall, and turning on/off the firewall is annoying and error prone (forgetting to turn it back on). The router doesn't seem to give me fine grained control of what/how the firewall operates; I have off/low/medium/high settings for the firewall - 'low' is enough to block the site.
