Recently I've started experiencing a glitch with Media Player (I would delete playlists and they would magically be there when I opened it up again). Silly me I figure I'll delete it and install fresh.....but nooo, MS in its infinite brilliance won't let you delete it.
But wait, that's not the REALLY stupid part (asinine as it is); I thought "OK, I'll just install the latest, and logically it will overwrite the one I have...surely there have been at least incremental updates."
And off I go to the windows download page for media player, and immediately get this:
:boggled:
Really, Capt America? It's not compatible and won't run? Then why did it come with my Win 7 64-bit system and why was in in fact working fine all this time? In fact, it still works, there's just the playlist glitch.
I swear they have reinvented stupid. It's almost enough to make me switch to Macs.
