Giant Skeleton Hoaxes

I wish to bring these amusing but pervasive claims to the light of intelligent comments. Of course any dubious archaeological claim would be investigated by that clever fellow with the magic magnifying glass, Scott Wolter. (I get a kick out of his "America Unearthed" show on H2). He had a show re giants of the Great Lakes which was inconclusive.
