I eat mostly fresh food. But these questions has been on my mind for a while.
Is frozen food (chopped veggies, fish and meat, I don't mean ready-cooked meals) really much less healthy than fresh food?
Does food lose nutritional value through being frozen?
Is frozen food a more ethical option?
We throw away enormous amounts of food that is past the sell-by date.
Would it not be more efficient to freeze food and thus have less waist?
