Basically, in this public school teacher(s) mock student(s) of other creeds (even though Buddhism technically isn't a creed).
And it is acceptable for a science teacher - according to the district - to write "ISN'T IT AMAZING WHAT THE _____________ HAS MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (Lord/God goes in the blank) on a test.
The ALCU is getting involved.
