Hope this is in the right place.
I am having an issue with a Roku stick and not getting very far resolving it. When watching Amazon Prime I get a message the unit is overheating and it stays on for maybe 20 seconds. May happen several times in a row or not happen at all it seems pretty random.
When watching Netflix I never see the massage even after extended periods. The stick is used in one set and not moved from set to set and the set is stationary and there is (I believe) good air flow around it.
Has anyone seen this or is it a known issue I can't find?
I suppose I could put an ac powered computer fan on it - I have a small stash but they are in deep storage and not very quiet. A DC one would be quieter but power is the issue there although a fairly minor problem easily solved.
Thanks for any help.
